The hours are actually 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM Monday through Sunday. My girlfriend an I stopped by here on our way back from the mountains and were pleasantly surprised by this high end restaurant tucked into a road side stop. There was a cool craft store, a liquor store, a deli, and a surprisingly gourmet restaurant. We split the 1/2 chicken and the brisket sandwich (with beer battered fries) which was way more food than we could handle but it was so delicious that we ate it all anyways. The owner was a really sweet lady and our server was also a flexitarian, which is only somewhat surprising for a joint that specializes in the most delicious meat items ever. I guess since they have a connection to the local butcher shop, they end up with the most amazing selections of meat. Highly recommend A+.
