If you are visiting or live in the southwest portion of Alberta check out this local butcher. Everything that I have purchased has been excellent. Some of my favourites include sirloin steaks and ham but I especially love the chicken pot-pies that they carry. They also carry a wide variety of sausages and pepperoni/salami etc. sticks and if you are a dog-lover they also carry bones and dog treats. This butcher is well worth the trip!

Just BBQd a striploin steak. AAA angus with a long cure time. Fantastic! So glad I reserved another box. Couldnt be happier!

Excellent lunches for an 8 man crew 2 days running now, and the first one was a drop in. Definitely worth checking out if your anywhere around. More than just your average butcher shop.
